Fino al 1992 era in vigore una legge che si preoccupava di rivalutare il valore lordo delle pensioni, appunto la legge 730 del 1983.
Questa legge rivalutava le pensioni per la percentuale media di aumenti salariali nei 12 mesi precedenti.

Now, the Court of Auditors, Section Puglia, with Judgement No. 70 of 2005 and, contrary to earlier indications of the same courts and the Constitutional Court has upheld an appeal by a retired civil servant, condemning ' Reassessment Ipdap to the board attached to the wage occurred in the meantime the staff of similar seniority in service.
We know that a ruling by the Court of Auditors is not teaching, but I think a petition aimed at to recognize this ruling to all pensioners, should be done, because justice demands that there can be unequal treatment of equal individuals ... ... ...
It might also satisfy only the simple recalculation with the old law, they leave in the hands of State arrears, just to prove that even pensioners, although constantly harassed, they understand the difficulty in raising funds to meet this equalization.
